    이틀간의 숙박 기간 동안 서비스는 완벽했습니다. 지나치게 열정적이거나 어색하지 않으면서도 필요한 순간에는 언제나 도움을 주었습니다. 근처 유명한 천겹두부 가게를 찾는다고 말하자 프런트 직원은 즉시 손으로 쓴 주소를 건네주며 저녁 퇴근 시간대의 혼잡을 피하라고 조언해 주었습니다. 떠나기 전에 모자를 깜빡 잊고 가져오지 않았는데, 청소 담당 직원이 알아채고 바로 연락을 주어 안전하게 돌려보내 주었고, 배송비까지 미리 지불해 주었습니다.
